Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any usage will void ability to return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and delivered or returned to LEO Agricultures Head Office within 7 days of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with LEO. A email request can be sent to LEO for a transfer or apply balance.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Thank you for doing business with LEO Agriculture.

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out as planned. However, due to the nature of the products we sell we have a strict return policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Limited Returns and Refunds

We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. This is to ensure the safety and security of our products.

Exceptions: We will only consider returns and refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  • Product Defect: If the product you receive is demonstrably defective upon arrival (e.g., broken, malfunctioning), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for the defective product.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense.   

Conditions for Returns

For any return to be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Request: You must contact us within 7 days of the order ship date to request a return. Requests outside this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • Unused and Uninstalled: The product must be completely unused, uninstalled, and free of any damage or scratches, sun fading and must appear as brand new from the factory.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase with the return.
  • Photographic Evidence: For any claims of defects, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Customer Pickup: We do not offer return shipping labels. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to our address:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned product in the condition described above.

Final Sale

All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should transport,mail, or deliver your product to: 119 E Oak Street, Durand Illinois. Any refund or return items not received at this location within 7 days will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Media
