International Sales Manager

LEO Agriculture, a leading manufacturer of agricultural and industrial handling equipment, is seeking a driven and results-oriented International Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in expanding our global reach and driving sales success in new international markets.

Location: Flexible

Pay: $110,000– $165,000 annual salary (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned international territories.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers within your assigned market(s).
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and distributors in international markets.
  • Negotiate and close international sales contracts, ensuring profitability.
  • Manage and develop a network of international distributors and partners.
  • Oversee international sales activities, including pricing, quoting, and order processing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations in a clear and compelling manner, potentially in English and a second language (a plus).
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and develop market presence.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international sales management, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.) a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in international business communication tools (CRM, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
