5 Ways to become part of the LEO Family!

Standard LEO Dealer

Description: Carries stock for at least one product line and sells directly to customers.

Requirements:

  • Stock Minimum 1 machine per product line desired.
  • Sell a minimum of 4 machines per year.
  • 40km sales area protection, increasing by 10km per additional guaranteed sales per machine.

Estimated markup: 28-30%.

Non-Stocking Sales

Description: Focuses on sales without holding inventory.

Requirements:

  • Sell a minimum of 2 machines per year.
  • No sales area protection.

Estimated markup: 15-20%.

Territory Manager

Description: Focuses on sales without holding inventory and developing a network of Stocking and Non-Stocking dealers within their assigned area.

Requirements:

  • Process a minimum of 12 machines per year.
  • Develop both stocking and non-stocking dealers.
  • 300-350km sales territory, expandable with additional sales guarantees.

Commision: 6-8%.

Wholesale Distributor

Description: Company carries sufficient stock so supply the regional market for their efforts to develop and manages a network of dealers within their territory under the LEO Brand. 

Requirements:

  • Stock a minimum of 5 machines.
  • Sell a minimum of 24 machines per year.
  • Develop both stocking and non-stocking dealers.
  • Custom sales area protection, expandable with additional sales guarantees.

Estimated Markup: 15-25%.

Custom OEM Branding
  • Description: Operates as a semi-independent entity with custom-branded machines and flexible distribution channels upto their choosing.

Requirements:

  • Sell a minimum of 24 machines per year.
  • Exclusive sales territory possible with high volume commitments.

  • Sales Discounts at 35 and 50 Machines
